    Ive been doing those exercies since august last year, with smaller frequency because of school. Unfortunately in like May I dumped it and stopped doing it all cuz my gf left me in February.     ౨ৎ starting from 25 June ౨ৎ Current thigh: 54cm ౨ৎ Goal: 40cm 1️⃣ First week result: 53cm (-1cm) ✅ Day 1 = Surprisingly it was easy ✅ Day 2 = easier than yesterday! ✅ Day 3 = I’m having fun ngl 😭 also im doing it while fasting 🚮 Day 4 = I’m disappointed, I couldn’t do it today because im feeling sick and low heartbeat ✅ Day 5 = I’m feeling much better now that I’m back on track, also I lost 1.2kg of my weight but no thigh changes ✅ Day 6 = Did it! Also did full-body workout thats recommended in the video ✅ Day 7 = Now that I completed 7 days I checked my thighs and they’re at 53cm tbh i was expecting better results but it’s ok i won’t stop imma do it for other week ౨ৎ Disclaimer: I'm doing it early in the morning on an empty stomach also with a “portion control program” & 20 min full-body stretching & abdominal workout 🙂‍↕️

    Thanks so much for this video. I used to be thin when I was a teenager, but gained a lot of weight during my 20s. Last year I started to work out, though I really hate sport. I also realized that I still need my snacks, but I don't need extra sugar (like in tea or coffee etc and I also don't need as many snacks as I used to eat). My problem is that I still feel fat, and can't really see any changes. I've heard that my skin might look loose because I've lost lots of weight (I'm a small person - 1,57cm, 79 kilos when I started to work out, and now I'm down to 57 kilos). Since I saw your video I feel better about myself. I'm not a teenager anymore, my body won't look like it used to, but I'm so much fitter and also stronger in comparison to the past ~10 years.

    I did this correctly but i guess it didn't work on me i didn't sweat at all maybe i am too fat and these exercises are juat warm up for me... Tho i did no break excercise for 30 min and i am drenched in sweat... everybody have different body..

    Im a runner and i exercise everyh day but my thighs are like 60 cm (23 in) and my waist is alr at 70 cm (27-28 in) i dont know if i just have genetically large thighs but i want to try this and see if it can be slimmer 😭 Day 1: ✅
